This app doesn’t provide any customer support hotline numbers or details. App only has an automated chat support where customer only has to choose specific predefined options. I made a reservation through the app and I received the confirmation mail as well. However when I visited the hotel, they informed me they are full booked for the day. They said they don’t have any connections with Agoda. Therefore I have to contact and request a cancellation. When I check the app to contact Agoda there is no way to contact Agoda customer support apart from the chat-bot which has limited predefined optio
