When I first opened the app and had to sign up, I couldn’t move forward because the verification code I should have received via text message never came in. Tried multiple times, but it never worked. I ended up renting with another company, because who can rely on an app that you can’t even create your account? (I also tried on my laptop, but guess what?! Same result…). It’s unbelievable!
