I have used multiple different similar apps in different countries. Rappi is by far the worst one. A) the drivers are not the same in the app with the physical people B) from all the times I tried only half ended up on my door and only these I paid cash C) no way to flag a driver or rate someone in case you cancel… All in all this app and service is ridiculous, unprofessional and no one has accountability. Never again.
