The new software update & Alexa voice is awful! I’m not sure what was supposedly “improved” or “upgraded” here as many of the features I actually utilized disappeared with this particular update & Alexa’s execution of tasks & ability to follow instructions accurately has significantly decreased in favor of misguided attempts to develop its “personality.” Which seems to equate to the device endlessly narrating every request & offering unsolicited suggestions at random intervals throughout the day despite multiple attempts to disable these features & enable “brief mode” in settings. Focusing on
