The app is far too expensive and did not meet my expectations at all. I only accessed it once during the free trial and did not use it after the paid subscription started. I was shocked to see a $200 charge — this is an unreasonably high amount for what the app offers. I am currently trying to get a refund, but my request has been denied, which feels very unfair. Based on consumer rights, I believe I should be eligible for a refund, especially since I did not actively use the service after the trial period. This experience has been very disappointing.
