I was trying to get help with adjusting my stay at this property. I felt I had no recourse when we found that the AC was not working properly in the room. Although, we asked management to help, he said that it was as cold as it was going to get. There was no AC, just a fan blowing warm air. We asked if they couldn’t fix the AC to at least refund some of the money for the following night so we could get a different room. Though, I sent SEVERAL messages to the manager, he ignored us !
