Update, Summer ‘22 Can’t start a treadmill run from my Watch (though the phone app prompts me to start it from the Watch). Confirmed with Support. The Watch app can take minutes to reflect that any activity is taking place. Or might just not sync. For a treadmill run, the app will record the wrong distance or none at all.
