Great tool to top up your running game
Great app that proved to be invaluable in avoiding overtraining and maximising gains. I’ve been using it for over a year - during a long injury period and later in training - and it gave me and my coach a few very helpful insights that allowed us to come back from injury and train hard without burning out.
The best feature is “insights” that calculates VO2 max, lactate threshold and observes correlations between your HRV and certain parameters (time of sleep, quality of sleep, period, etc). Really helps to make those smalls but necessary changes in your routine to feel your best.
