Trying to update anything is a nightmare. Someone regularly tries to get into my account and I'm constantly getting verification codes I didn't ask for. So every time I want to update my password I have to fight with them about updating my phone number which they won't let me do because I don't have access to that phone number. I have to argue that no sorry I don't know the entire old phone number because it's been several years of me fighting for them to update it and they keep refusing to. Make it make sense. I FINALLY got someone today to send me a deletion form for the phone number after I
