AA should mimic the Lufthansa app and radically improve the app experience, at least according to the following : - propose language choice - take into account the AAdvantage membership number that is added in the passenger information so the 2n passenger can also see at first glance his/her flight plan when he/she has been booked with his/her traveling partner - actually add the calendar information into the traveler agenda - send SMS alerts even to non US phone numbers (is AA transatlantic or not?).
