I wanted to report a safety incident and I got an error for a whole week that it’s not possible bc of some bugs! Then I reported it in support system and there were online time of support team? There were no email to contact them through email, attaching photos were impossible! Like what? What if someone is in danger? What if something devastating happened to them? You just take your time to develop and work on working hours?! So irresponsible for a dating app that doesn’t consider the safety and security of users are the priority!
