Chess.com changed the iOS interface, trying to make socialisation the main idea behind chees.com, while most players want to play games, solve problems and have an overview of the games. Main screen is now polluted with “friends”, games are not all displayed like before and need to be expanded and scrolled, problem solving are hidden behind a useless “ladder to success” to compare with our friends. The application was very convenient before, the best of the market. Now the ux experience makes it the worst !

Since last version, there is a sms verification step. This don’t work at all ! And not able to login again. Helpdesk/faq are useless.
