unigue username

I somehow forgot the security question to my account and I’ve tried changing it several times and every time a change it the app doesn’t keep the messages and gives me a error message. I kept getting the same security question back to back and I keep getting locked out and having to change a password I already know. It’s just the question they won’t let me change.
