In the country that I normally play I'm playing at 6+ level but we don't use Playtomic there anymore. In your app I'm at 1 level because I used it at the beginning in 2023. Since then I'm playing 14hours a week but can't be gualified to play matches abroad because my level is so low. Very frustrating
