Tried to make a reservation, I payed, money were taken, reservation wasn’t made and I had to wait a lot so I can have my money back, ruined a vacation. From now, i will keep using booking only to see the accommodations names and contact independently. Can’t trust booking to hold my money and give them back in time in case of an error from their system. And the contact center are all like gay robots.
