I paid for the in app monthly subscription. I got an error, got charged and then the app didn’t update/unlocked what I paid for. The app subscription was “active” when accessing my subscriptions through Apple but the app showed I had the free version. I requested a refund multiple times and never got it. The developers/support never got back to me after submitting their contact forms.
