Was highly sceptical when my GP put me onto this but it’s very good. Still trying to track everything I eat n drink but this really helps and I don’t know how else I’d record that info otherwise. The daily goals are great at realising and remembering what you need to monitor. The exercise videos look very well designed although not tried yet I’m getting to the point where I will. Doesn’t seem to take across my step count from my iPhone that well, works sometimes I think but not others.
