We recently purchased a second hand car from a dealership. When I added the car to my account, it came up with $9000 in unpaid tolls and fees from the previous owner. LinkTap advised that they would take this from my account if not paid within 14 days. It has taken many hours on their garbage chat system with ill equiped staff to sort this matter out. An experience no-one should be exposed to, absolutely disgraceful. I have moved my tags to E-Toll which is run by Service NSW. I would avoid Linkt like the plague.

Without this - it would be impossible to open zip files on an I device.
