I’ve now received 4 rings from evie because my ring breaks every 4 months or so. At first i thought it was water damage so I stopped wearing it in water. Then I thought it was damaged from lifting weights or sweating so i took it off for that even though that’s a main reason why I have it. The evie team has been great sending me new rings for free, but it’s frustrating that I have to replace the hardware quarterly and then it takes a month to ship so I lose a month of data each time. Also, the app is now incorrectly tracking my period which is another key reason I have the ring. I don’t know i
