Honestly, don't buy this.
I'm going to skip explaining why you should play Final Fantasy VII, and move straight to reviewing what should be reviewed- the port itself.
I love this game, but I am going to be very blunt, and part with popular opinion- this is kind of a lazy port.
Yes, it's Final Fantasy VII!
Yes, it's arguably the best JRPG ever made!
But that simply does not excuse the poor job Square-Enix has done here. The game functions, it does the job requested of it, but nothing more. It fails to impress in any way, and just does not do the game or the hardware justice. This is especially disappointing consider

Good Try, But...
So what you have here is simple enough- a digital version of the already indispensable Black's Law Dictionary. Functions with ease- searches are a snap, and often feature links to related or alternative terms. The pronunciation guide is exceptionally useful.
All said and done, you've got a near five star app that's missing a few features- unfortunately most of them are rather severe oversights for a professional, especially considering this app comes with a $55 price tag.
• The app possesses absolutely no ability to adjust brightness in app. In darker settings, this app is blindingly white.

Good stuff!
This is an absolutely fantastic app for anyone who wants to keep up on local Denver and Colorado news. It runs just fine, I have as of yet to encounter any bugs of any kind on an iPhone 5.
The only concern I will mention is the ad space used. Don't get me wrong, the banner at the bottom of the screen (usually promoting another Denver Post app) really isn't all that big, until you switch over to landscape view for reading articles. At this point you start to notice how much of the screen this silly little add takes up.
