I’ve seen a lot of other people discussing this issue online with their LG tvs, it’s not exclusive to the G4. The app refuses to detect/pair with my TV, even when my phone and tv are both connected to the same wifi network/band. A user on reddit four months ago posted a convoluted solution he found that involved both disabling QuickStart+ & creating a totally new 2.4ghz SSID name and password than used previously. I tried this but it didn’t work, so I just gave up. Please figure this out and patch whatever is causing this issue with the TVs. Also while I’m here, please fix the other LG G4
