I work for LIRR and I used this app since it’s inception m because it was easy to use…especially when off-line or in airplane mode. This new version seems to require an internet connection. When offline or in airplane mode, the app doesn’t function as the screen is greyed out when starting up with a ‘loading’ animation that doesn’t load the schedules. I can’t use this app as I did previously with its previous off-line functionality. I get that the developer needs to generate revenue.
