The company sent an email saying to update the app by Sept. 29. I updated it on my IPad which was running ios17 that they said was compatible. App will not work on ipad. Works on iphone. Called customer service 3 times and all they said was to uninstall and reinstall app despite me telling them that I had already done so many times. After being told to do this again on my third call I was informed that it is a “known issue” that it will not work on ipad. What a waste of time making me uninstall and reinstall again and why release an update without testing it on ipad. Their “workaround” is to u
