In my experience, the free version of this app offers the most options and projects. I do wish you could see the floor plans from the upper levels while you are on the lower levels. it would make adjustments much easier. The most disappointing part of the app is the roof tool. I find it very difficult to make a nice looking roof. I need to reach out to the company for help. I wish they had more FAQs available online and/or a thorough tutorial.
