I’d give less than a star if possible. The app is required for the set up of the hatch alarm clock— in order to use the alarm clock it forces you to sign up for a subscription ( via a webpage outside of the mobile application) then make it impossible for you to login and cancel the subscription. Customer service is unresponsive and tells you to retry the same process over and over although you cannot change the password without knowing the old one. They then asked me to record a screen share, upload to the cloud and share a link— all to change a password. Which is still left unsolved. I’ll b
