I got 2 food orders in a row cancelef after waited for 1 hour each

I spent 40 minutes on the phone with customer support and 30 minutes of that i was on hold because the person could not know how to handle the issue. They are profiting on the hosts really bad, hosts does have any right here but the customers can do anything they want every time.

The algoritm only lets you complete certain tasks if you have characters high enough that can only be achieved by buing packages
