I opened a case about how $1200 was stolen from me by someone posing as a venmo agent. They called from the support number and I spoke with them over an hour on the phone about potential fraud and long story short the person posing stole this money from me. I opened a dispute and everyone i’ve spoken with cannot explain why my dispute keeps getting closed with no communication back to me either. I received no email, call, or even text regarding my cases outcome??? Every time I call back I either get hung up on or told “there’s nothing more I can do” this is extremely disappointing to have this
