I’ve been booking hostel stays using this app for years, and have never had an issue using it or getting what I’m looking for from it. It is nice that it is widely used, therefore you can rely on honest and truthful reviews of places from travellers around the world. Honestly have no issues with this app outside of it costing a little more to book through then other avenues (a practice I understand). Good app!
