Confirms what i know but sometimes its off. It needs the option to add mental health conditions. My hr flucuates so much it makes me measure 3 or 4 times, which at 2-4 minutes each is annoying. Its meant to work with apple watch. It integrates with a lot of apple watch apps, and the ones that i have through apple health. Which is frustrating with paying the price for premium. I doubt i will use the app after premium is over. It does have soundscapes and narration for stories. The stories are annoying that if you have to start over, it starts back at the beginning.
