stop doing it

I’m playing tap craft for so long that I’ve reached World II. However, the permanent worker granny stopped working. She is not collecting any thing. But also not disappeared from the screen. I’ve paid a fee for that. But never said that it was only for a period of time? I’ve paid it on august 16th. Today (september 13th) it is not functioning? I would ask for the developers to investigate on this issue/problem.
