I searched for hotels that was pet friendly, but the hotel was not friendly. The hotel won’t refund our money says it’s a booking issue, booking said that it was the hotel’s responsibility. The lady on the phone for booking got rude with me and hung up, when she called back she would only talk to my dad (we are traveling together moving). It’s unresolved, booking needs to stop showing hotels that don’t allow pets when you click on traveling with pets.
