Good: this is the best messaging app for work and even for personal use. Telegram replaced email in our office. I really like the way it organizs files, pictures and links. It's also very fast in everything - syncing across devices, sending messages, etc. Its also simple for everyone to learn how to use it immediately. Bad: NONE. Suggestion: 1. a much robust desktop app that can organize, view and even edit files among teams. 2. A way to create teams by topics (maybe use #).
