Customer service is awful, I finished school last year and cancelled, well they never cancelled it and charged me $150 buck when bills are due so now I’m screwed on bills Update - MONTHS later they reached out - I had to have my bank block their charges. Awful company…. They also make it near impossible to cancel…. DO NOT RECOMMEND
