You need to repeat the same question multiple times. The simplest issue requires a of lot time to solve. They unexpectedly close support chat without asking whether the problem fixed and you need to open a new on and start again.

Terrible. I do not see messages I’ve just sent. I see an indicator of a new message but couldn't read it. It lasts for hours!
