I received a notification that my account was limited, so I immediately submitted all requested documents to resolve it. However, within minutes of submitting everything, my account got permanently deactivated with no clear explanation. All funds from legitimate transactions are now on hold for 180 days. I’ve had this account for over 10 years, so this was extremely frustrating and unexpected. Support responses feel generic and unhelpful. Overall, PayPal now feels unsafe and unreliable to use. Very disappointing experience.
