While traveling I was proposed to buy some photos made by photographers on the tour. After paying for photos I found out that the only way to download them was by using this app. So I had to install it. Some time later I payed attention that my payments for iCloud are more often than supposed to be. I was surprised to see that some of them are not for my iCloud subscription (even though they looked exactly the same), but WeTransfer Ultimate subscription which is charged weekly! So if you don’t pay attention, you can be charged hundreds of dollars for one time downloading of a set of photos.

This app has to be rated as the bank itself, as there is no other way to deal with it: there is no branches to visit and talk to a specialist. From this perspective it’s pretty bad: there is no chat to talk to support, no clear way to send a message, chat bot is terrible, when you are lucky to get through unfriendly multiple layers of choice on phone, a support person can just hang up instead of answering your question. So, when they charge you for their own mistake, you won’t be able to resolve it as you would do with any normal bank.
