I’m genuinely disappointed with the VPN service. Initially, it worked flawlessly. However, for the past year, I’ve had to disable the VPN whenever I encounter networking-related issues on my phone. These issues include site not loading, app not loading or opening, and phone overheating. To resolve these problems, I simply close the VPN app and disable it. However, on some occasions, the VPN refuses to work, and I’m forced to reboot my device. This situation is incredibly frustrating. I can’t help but wonder if the developers use the VPN on their own personal devices without any issues.
