Hey there. I spent over R200 for the ride that you did not provide. I want my money back otherwise I’m going to take a legal action against you for the fact that I spent so much money for the ride you did not provide. I have to get a relative to order me a ride and I feel embarrassed that this app couldn’t couldn’t do it tasks.

I used this app last year and I was okay with it. Can you please explain to me why your UI/UX design is so complicated? I’m struggling to make a task that can be used as a recurring task remind me of activities I need to complete, with specific time. It better that I use an alarm clock on my phone. For Ux/Ui designer, please consider your user experience in perspective and make it simple.
