Well, I’ve had to deal with Support via AI chat twice today! The first time is in trying to connect my new pencil to my iPad (there were many redundant suggestions, and I ended up figuring out on my own), and now I’m trying to figure out why all of a sudden for no reason my Apple TV and my iPhone is requiring my password.. so once again AI Chatbot is trying to help me out and it’s useless not listening anything that I’m texting and keeps referring me to things that I already know about! So I’m gonna have to figure it out tomorrow on my own! To Apple support: when you use AI chat to help people

I’ve used this app for years (on and off with subscription) but 4 things STILL bug me about this app! I) it’s still more complicated than it should be- after all of the years!! Example.. when trying to add music to a playlist I shouldn’t have to search for albums that i KNOW are available but don’t actually show up in the main ‘album’ page for artist profiles!!! ALL available albums should be listed IN the profile for artists!! 2) there’s no way to search, find other playlists unless I’m already connected to someone! There’s no option to search user playlists to find stuff in interested in lis

Thank gods I got as free download through AppAdvice because I can't even play it!! Watching/play through tutorial im asked to go back to refuel and NOTHING I do does ANYTHING! if it weren't for the green arrow flashing id think it froze! No way to send devs any type of feedback or ask for help! Ridiculous and deleted.
