We purchased a year subscription and they cancelled and blocked the account after one day of use. Then said they had no record of our account. Don’t buy, they will just take your money and not provide the service. Update: I received a generic response from the company that says submit a request for support through the App. I can’t do that because they blocked access to the app. I have communicated with their customer support via email and they claimed I violated terms and conditions but did not provide details or proof. We had the App for less than a week before it was blocked. Total scam ser
