I'm going from Zagreb to Venice, I booked a seat for 5 euros extra (Panorama) but got a seat one seat behind. This bus has toilets and WiFi, but no service. when I ask for wifi they say they don't know what the problem is with wifi, when I want to go to the toilet they say - not now, but when there is a break in the journey. One of the two drivers has a very bad attitude! But before that, double-decker bus service was good.
