Before expressing my dissatisfaction w/ in-app banking features, I want to point out that have accounts with capital one bank in addition to your bank. I do not experience any issues with your competitors app, food for thought.... Auto capture feature is extremely difficult to use when attempting to deposit checks electronically. Also, added requirement of writing “ for electronic deposit only at Fidelity Bank” underneath my endorsement signature on back of check is tedious, time consuming, and an annoyance.
