As a road warrior and averaging 150+ flights a year across many airlines, the new app helps me ZERO my trips. It's like the UX and UI designers got a together and had a whiteboard field day without the user in mind. I would even prefer United's app that may look less snazzy, but has infinite functionality and appropriate info that's hidden in the 13th app layer.
