I live outside of India and this is my go to platform when I want accountability, even though I’m a certified fitness coach by Fittr’s education wing INFS . They have improved a lot and it’s a breeze to see my old nutrition plan when Fittr was named as SQUATS. As the say goes, you don’t need a coach, but feel free to have one when you’re preparing for something big , for me, it’s Squash matches coming up. Thanks Fittr, there’s no such platform which even comes closer, planning to onboard as a coach one day.
