When the main system was upgraded, the ability to mobile bank became very iffy. I used to have success by deleting the app and reinstalling it. That doesn’t even work anymore. I use an iPhone 6s but that shouldn’t have anything to do with it. The mobile app just appears to be second rate. Of course it may be the main system as my phone just sits there waiting for a response from the bank.
