I didn’t know it could get any worse. And here it is.

I’ve tried to contact customer service via Chat many times and each time I minimized the app and let it wait in the background, chat was lost when I reopened and I had to start a new chat every single time. I tried letting it open for 10’ but since I got no response (great costumer service) I had to minimize the app for a call, guess what, the chat was lost again. With no reply. Unacceptable.

It’s sad that there’s no option for any landscape canvas ratio. I can’t believe the lack of this feature. Effects and filters are pretty good though.
