I cancelled my Pro subscription via the app more than a year ago and they keep charging me. Based on Google searches , this seems to be a common problem. I tried getting help via the app the rep just cut me off. Good luck even being able to talk to support if you are not in Latin America anymore. Follow-up attempts get completely ignored. Meanwhile Rappi sends me ads via notifications multiple times a day. I had to file a fraud claim with my credit card company to block charges which was tricky because of the way Rappi sets up the billing.
