I have been using this app 5 days a week for two years now. Every time I log in, it asks me if I want it to remember my password. Then asks me if I want to enable FaceID for faster use. EVERY SINGLE DAY IT ASKS ME THIS. EVERYDAY I SAY YES. The next time i log in, it does not remember my password nor does it remember my face. On top of that, it is using OKTA verify in order to verify my identity. Why even ask for my password and FACE scan if I STILL have to log in to OKTA (which has its own two factor authentication).
