Trying to set up this app for over a week, and cannot find a number to call and fell asleep twice waiting for the customer service representative. Crickets! I can’t complain about customer service! As far as I can tell, they didn’t even have one! This is my issue , I’m just trying to verify my ID, so app says pick a country and type of document, did that. Take a picture of the front of your license, (about 20 times now), goes to the next screen and it says take a photo of the back of the license, so you wait for the camera to reactivate to take the photo.
