Their selection criteria is racially biased. Women of color are not welcomed or accepted into the platform. In my group of friends, we all applied on the same day. Me and my blonde friends got approved in less than 24hours with private Instagram pages and a few followers. The rest of our friendship group ( all very beautiful black and brown women) who have strong profiles, public instagram pages and careers… they all got waitlisted indefinitely. I got in but still didn’t feel right about it. Raya need to stop racial discrimination and make the platform more inclusive. It’s sad
